I love to tell a story and I’ve been doing that over the past 13 years, creating
narratives from countless minutes of raw footage for television and
documentary movies. I’ve worked, for most of my professional life, as editor for
GNT and other channels from Grupo Globo, the largest mass media company
of Latin America and one of the largest in the world. In 2011, a friend and I
created „Minutos de Sabedoria“, a YouTube channel which we shared the
writing and directing and I was in charge of the editing. It was an extremely
demanding two year project which got over 1.200.000 views in total, without
any kind of sponsorship. This experience gave me background to direct and
produce social media videos for mobile companies and for conferences like
Rio2C, Latin America’s leading event in creativity and innovation.
I have started my career working as marketing assistant in an international shipping company. Suddenly I have realized I was more excited being the editor in chief of the internal newspaper than with my tasks as an assistant. It’s never too late to start over, so I decided to study Communications to be able to tell better stories. And here I am, starting over, once more, in Berlin.
