Visit yahoo help forum.
Expand the ‘Account Locked’ message.
Click on the ‘Sign-in Helper’ link.
From the options list on that page provided the information and click Continue
Account Key will be sent on your number or alternative email (whatever you gave in step 4) after that click ‘Yes, send me an Account key’ Maybe Security questions asked here. after answering the security question your account will be in your hand
