Finance in Motion is an asset management firm exclusively focused on sustainable development finance. On behalf of the public sector, international development institutions and private investors, we develop and advise alternative investment vehicles. Supervised by the financial regulator, we cover a broad spectrum of impact finance, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, natural resource protection, microfinance, and the financing of small and medium enterprises. We manage funds with a volume of more than EUR 1.4 billion invested in almost 30 countries in Southeast and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), and Latin America, mainly in the form of debt to the local financial sector and also in the form of equity or direct investments.
Our team of 130 employees comprises 30+ nationalities, located in Frankfurt and across 13 regional offices. Being in our 6th year of operation and with continued growth, our ability to select, integrate, train, develop, rotate and maintain loyalty of employees is the key to our continuing success.
