Hey there my name is Alex…I’m indonesian and a freelance photographer, well i’d rather you mention me an artist. I studied graphic design and photography in one of the most favorite indonesian art university, Indonesian Institute of Arts Yogyakarta.
After i finish my bachelor degree, i got work opportunity in Munich, Germany as graphic designer for exhibition contractor company. I moved to Germany early 2002 and settled there, somehow I’m bored with graphic things when I started taking more photos…wow, it’s really fun and then I joined a one day workshop from a photographer and digital artist in Munich.
What I got from him just changed my perspective my passion of photography and mind to be professional photographer in field.
I wanna be conceptual photographer and digital artist and I know I have ability to do it…I have talent and crazy ideas in mind.
So…by the end of 2008 I moved back to my country to my new battle field.
Bali is my choice! Why? It is paradise…like people said, and yeah..thats true. Since then I start my new life and do what I love….making pictures.
I survive here, I enjoy taking pictures of beautiful places and beautiful people here.
In the end of 2016, my working former colleague asked me to join his company in Bavaria. So…i decided to move back again to Germany.
