Joana Mendes is an actress and filmmaker who graduated from Lisbon Theatre and Film School. She studied Theatre, Performing Arts: Acting (MA). Joana also graduated from Lusófona University with a BA in Film, Video and Multimedia Communication.
Whilst spending her time at university, she was cast in different theatre productions where she continued honing her skill as an actor.
Also, she has worked on versatile projects as an assistant producer, screenwriter, freelance photographer and videographer. At the moment she’s taking new opportunities in film, television and other creative mediums.
