About Seb Winter
Seb Winter is a creative executive specialising in building, leading and transforming high-performing creative organisations.
Born in Germany, Seb moved to London in 1994 after a short career in banking. He established himself as an international fashion and beauty photographer, working with leading editorial titles including Glamour UK, The Sunday Times Style, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, ES Magazine and InStyle, while creating campaigns for brands such as L’Oréal, Clinique, Max Factor, Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, Pantene, Olay, Douglas and many others.
Building on more than two decades of experience in commercial photography and creative production, Seb transitioned into organisational leadership. At Canyon Bicycles, he built and led Canyon Studios, transforming a small in-house photography team into an integrated creative production organisation delivering global product, campaign and brand content at scale. His work combined creative leadership with production management, organisational design, workflow optimisation and the adoption of AI-enabled content production.
Today, Seb focuses on helping organisations build creative teams and production capabilities that combine operational excellence with outstanding creative execution. Based in Berlin, he works internationally and is open to executive leadership opportunities across Europe and beyond.
