Looking for creatives to share beautiful Altbau recently renovated. Room 1: 50m2. This room can be workspace and showroom/gallery/event space. It’s a go-through room with the main entrance door. It has a corner with a small kitchenette area, ideal for hosting events and relaxing at lunch break. (This room can be shared with other creatives, ideally 2). For privacy a door will be built to separate room 2 from room 1.
The cost including all bills and weekly cleaning fees (warm): 1195€ Room 2: 10m2. This room has a private entrance from the courtyard and has a water connection. Next to the entrance, in the hallway, there’s a private storage space for this room.

Once in a while, I’d like to create an open studio vibe to network and showcase our work. For this reason, I’d like to share the space with other creatives who work in fashion, jewelry design, photography, and art in general.
