Role Overview We’re a close-knit team of passionate creatives, and we’re looking for a dynamic Studio Assistant to help us elevate our studio operations, support our team and grow with us. This is more than just an assistant role, it’s an opportunity to step into the creative world and eventually develop into a Producer role. Key Responsibilities As our Studio Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Berlin studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll manage the day-to-day studio operations while also playing a key part in our cultural and creative initiatives. From assisting with project coordination to engaging with third parties, you’ll get hands-on experience in all aspects of studio life. This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about art and design and sees themselves growing into a production career. Your tasks will include: - Oversee the smooth running of daily studio operations
- Work with third parties, acting as a key studio representative
- Elevate the culture of our Berlin studio by helping to plan and execute events, team activities, and activations
- Support local new business initiatives alongside the broader team
- Assist the Creative Director in defining and evolving the Berlin studio’s vision
- Provide project support, from coordination to production tasks, ensuring projects stay on track
- Handle essential administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clear communication across departments
- Contribute to the overall creative energy of the studio, helping us stay innovative and organised
Qualifications and Skills - Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pick up a variety of tasks
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A keen passion for immersive, innovative and interactive art and design practices, up to date with new and emerging technology and design practices, and a desire to grow into a Producer role
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
