Maldire is a Germany-based dancewear label producing in Italy.
We are looking for a strong graphic designer for an ongoing collaboration to help develop and consistently communicate the aesthetic of the brand. This is not a short-term freelance task. We are seeking a long-term creative partner. Responsibilities Print file preparation and production-ready layouts Image retouching and colour correction Packaging and flyer design Social media assets Website layout support and visual refinement What We Are Looking For Strong visual and typographic skills Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite Precision and attention to detail Sensitivity to composition, restraint, and image language A clear alignment with the Maldire aesthetic You should either already feel visually aligned with the brand, or have a clear and thoughtful proposition for how you would interpret and evolve it. An understanding of historical references, structure, tailoring, and controlled visual language is important. Berlin-based preferred for occasional in-person exchange. Remote collaboration possible depending on profile. We are looking for visual maturity, consistency, and long-term thinking rather than trend-driven output.
