We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong bilingual capabilities to join the project. The role includes: - Performing accurate data entry of transaction details (amounts, descriptions, parties involved, categories, dates, supporting notes.)
- Writing clear, professional English descriptions, reports, and transaction narratives.
- Translating documents and content from English to German (and reviewing German-to-English where required).
- Creating and maintaining bilingual document templates (invoices, payment records, monthly financial summaries, client reports, etc.).
- Ensuring all written and translated materials use correct business, financial, and legal terminology.
- Quality-checking entered data and generated documents for accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness for German-speaking audiences.
- Collaborating with the development team to integrate writing/translation workflows into the application.
Requirements for the Role:
- Native or C1/C2 proficiency in German and excellent command of English.
- Proven experience in business writing, document translation, and data entry.
