Wir suchen Unterstützung für die Festivalorganisation und Kuration im Sommer und Herbst 2026. Zu den Aufgaben der Praktikanten (m/w/d) gehören neben der Organisation des Festivals und Kommunikation mit Projektpartnern, Mitarbeitern und Künstlern, die Betreuung und Gestaltung unserer Webseite und Social-Media-Kanälen sowie die Organisation und Koordination im Festivalbüro. Geeignete Bewerber sind z.B. selbständige, organisationserfahrene Studierende aus gestalterischen, medienwissenschaftlichen oder kulturwissenschaftlichen Fächern mit einer positiven Einstellung zur Technik. Das Praktikum findet in unserem Berliner Büro statt. Das Praktikum besteht vor allem aus den Bereichen: Kommunikation und Gestaltung. Folgende konkrete Aufgaben erwarten dich: - Mitwirkung bei der inhaltlichen Ausgestaltung unseres Festivalkonzeptes
- Kommunikation mit Partnern und Teilnehmenden und unseren Künstlern
- Organisation von Unterkünften und Verpflegung während des Festivals
- Aktualisierung der der Webseite und Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram und ggf. Twitter)
- Akquise von Drittmitteln und Sponsoring
- Service im Festivalbüro und Mithilfe bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben

Ab sofort bzw. beliebige Drei-Monats-Zeiträume bis Oktober ’26 We are looking for support with festival organisation and curation in summer and autumn 2026. The intern’s (m/f/d) responsibilities include festival organisation, communication with project partners, staff and artists, managing and designing our website and social media channels, as well as general coordination in the festival office. Suitable candidates are, for example, independent, organised students from design, media studies or cultural studies backgrounds with a positive attitude towards technology. The internship takes place in our Berlin office.
The internship focuses primarily on communication and design. Your specific tasks will include: Contributing to the conceptual development of our festival programme
Communication with partners, participants and artists
Organising accommodation and catering during the festival
Updating the website and managing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and possibly Twitter)
Acquisition of third-party funding and sponsorships
