We collaborate with clients in the arts and culture sector as well as commercial B2B and B2C clients. Our agency specializes in combining knowledge transfer and mediation methods with effective performance marketing strategies. Our primary focus is on designing, creating, and implementing digital strategies. We are an open-minded, fun-oriented team seeking a new team member. Our office is situated in the 10th district in Vienna, serving as our meeting and creative hub, with the flexibility for home office to accommodate all needs. Our office is pet-friendly, currently home to two dogs, and open to welcoming more, based on flock harmony. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in conceptualizing and creating content for social media
- Planning feed posts and stories
- Supporting the team in daily community management, video productions, campaign setups, and organization
- Researching new social media trends
We are looking for individuals with the following skills: - Some professional experience (including internships) in Social Media or a related field is an advantage
- Background as a digital native
- Excellent spoken and written German skills
- Structured, open, and communicative personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- High level of personal responsibility
- Strong interest in content creation, particularly for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
